How NoxOrigin handles contact requests, consent-controlled measurement, and technical data used to operate the website and products.

We collect the details you submit through the NoxCRM-powered contact forms, including your name, business, contact details, workflow requirements, source attribution, and consent record. If you accept analytics, the site may also send measurement events to the configured GA4/GTM services. Hosting providers retain technical logs for security and abuse prevention.
We use submitted details to respond, qualify the request, schedule a walkthrough, and coordinate product follow-up. We do not sell contact data. NoxCRM stores the lead so authorised NoxOrigin staff can manage the request.
Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We will action the request within 30 days.
We use localStorage for theme preference and analytics consent ('nox-theme' and the consent key). Analytics is denied by default and enabled only after acceptance. You can withdraw consent by clearing the consent choice and revisiting the site.
